Ms Doležal runs the King's Certificate for Year 12 students and the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) for Year 13.

Ms Doležal has a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford and an MSc in Development Studies from LSE. She completed her teaching training at the Institute of Education, and she is a former Head of Department for Economics. 

Having been educated in the state sector, Ms Doležal is passionate about KCLMS' outreach programmes which target children and young people from backgrounds currently under-represented in the mathematical sciences.
